The Ridge at Gig Harbor
The Ridge at Gig Harbor Homeowners Association (HOA) consists of a five person, homeowner elected Board of Directors. This includes a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Member at Large. The President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary are voting members. The Member at Large Serves as a vote tie breaker and Committee Liaison.
The Board of Directors represents the homeowners and ensures that the association functions properly. We are responsible for all operations of the association and ensure the community governing documents are followed and enforced. PIC approvals are also a responsibility of the Board.
Property Management: The Ridge at Gig Harbor has a Community Manager. This person oversees the financial aspects of the association, maintains all bank accounts, processes invoices, acts as a liaison between the homeowners and the board, and enforces compliance of our governing documents.
The HOA was established in 2008.

I have been living as your neighbor and friend in The Ridge for over 8 years. I am a wife of an active duty US Navy officer and a mom to 2 boys. I am a local real estate broker and have bought and sold in this neighborhood bringing my friends even closer. I love hiking and being outdoors.
My husband and I moved into the Ridge almost 3 years ago with plans to start a family here. Since then we have welcomed a baby girl and could not be more happy to live in an awesome neighborhood like this one. I can't wait to get to know more of my neighbors and to keep this neighborhood as great and kid friendly as it already is!
